Welcome to Pennsylvania Rail Bike
Welcome to the Pocono Mountains’ first and only electric railbiking recreational adventure! Electric railbiking is a fun outdoor “COVID-friendly” way to experience the nature and wildlife on hiking on trails but from the comfort of a bicycle seat. Because our bikes are electric pedal assist, they can be easily enjoyed by people of all ages!!! Our custom-made electric railbikes fit comfortably and perfectly onto the railroad tracks and are easily powered by gentle pedaling. The scenic route runs along the Lackawaxen River in the charming town of Hawley, PA. We have specifically chosen routes that are 8 and 16 miles long. Both routes boast lush views and fascinating history.

The Railbiking Experience
Our custom made red, white and blue electric railbikes come in tandem (2-seater) or quads (4-seater) allowing friends and families to enjoy the experience together. We feature two adventures. The first is an 10-mile excursion and takes 2 hours to complete. The second, a 24-mile journey, takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
All guests will leave at the same time accompanied by a team of our amazing tour guides placed both in the front and back of the group. After we depart, the group can spread out along the track, allowing each group to enjoy the outdoor adventure at their own pace and in their own space.
When you arrive, be ready to have fun and to take in the sights and sounds!
